- Diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes
- Use insulin as part of your treatment
- Use or have used either a Freestyle Libre, insulin pump or continuous glucose monitor, or a combination of these
- Registered with a General Practitioner in the UK
- Do not have any other health or mental health conditions
