Hello everyone,

I am a member of the Chronic Illness Research Team at the University of East London and my colleagues and I are currently conducting research into type 1diabetes. We are particularly interested in how cognitive failures (memory) and depression & anxiety are associated with social support, illness intrusiveness (how intrusive the illness is on everyday life) and duration of illness in individuals with type 1 diabetes.

We are currently recruiting participants, and respondents will be required to complete 5 short questionnaires. We will be happy to share our findings with you in the hope that they will be of some use.

May I humbly suggest that you make the forms easier to complete electronically or use one of the online survey tools. I have been put off by the poor formatting of what you sent to be completed.
