SurveyEngine is conducting a research study involving patients on insulin pen therapies for diabetes. If you qualify, you will be invited to participate in a 90-minute telephone interview at your own convenience.

Participants who are eligible and successfully complete the computer/telephone interview will receive an £85 GBP Amazon.co.uk voucher as compensation.
