Over a week ago I put in a repeat perscription. When I rang the chemist to see if it was ready to collect I was told they were awaiting one item. As per usaul it is the one I am lowest on and not an uncommon item for diabetics. I may be wrong but I get the feeling chemists often hold minimum stock these days and rely overmuch on "just to late" delivery services!

Let me guess was it boots by any chance?

Sorry to hear about your frustrations hope you get the item asap, like scotty says is it boots?

Hope everything turns up. If it's you are unhappy with the service, let them know. Is there anoter chemist who is more efficient near you?

I know where you're coming from! I usually just go to another chemist
