i dont have an oven as i fall a lot but i have a remoska which i bought from lakelands..has anyone got one and can you share some recipes with me...i have a recpe book with it but not keen on the recipes and no good for diabetic eating....please:confused:

Well it's my belief you can cook anything in a Remoska that you could cook in a normal oven?

You know, like ANYTHING baked or roasted?

So you can just look at any old recipes as long as whatever it is is oven cooked.

You could try camping forums?
