motivation...gone

that tae-bo dvd is sitting collecting dust. I just don't have the motivation to do it. And so my self confidance is going down the pan...at a rate of knots. Seriously...

I don't know how to describe this...

is it...depression?

I don't know.

Next week, I've decided I'm going on a diet. But how will I keep at it if I don't even have the motivation to get up and do any excersise to go along with it?

you need your toes to maintain balance, so I walk, not run, walk, walk as fast as you can as often as you can.
This is rich coming from a guy who used to weigh in at 18.5 stone and walk to the car and back max.... walking was what other people did, now I don't feel right if I haven't walked hard and fast for at least 15min twice a day. I am usually breathing hard after a walk. Now I weigh in at 14.12 stone, it can be done 😛
