Just had a letter from the hospital - my eyes are ok , no retinopathy showing at all ! The bit I had last time has gone 🙂 I am so pleased , and grateful that they replied so soon 🙂

Terrific news Ann! 🙂 It's great that they got back to you quickly too, so you weren't left wondering - my PCT only send you a letter if there's something wrong and as you don't know when they will send it you can be waiting weeks worrying unnecessarily 🙂

Shows that you have been controlling your levels very well 🙂
 
Fantastic! Excellent that the signs you had last time have disappeared - well done on your great control.

You must be so relieved. I think a few people have had this happen to them, been told there are signs of background retinopathy - only to find they have gone at the next appointment.
 
That is great news - got my letter this morning too and it says 'normal' so also very chuffed!

Cherries - great !! I was more naughty than that though - we went to Brighton and Hove and I had an ice cream walking by the sea 🙂 isn't it a lovely feeling when things go right for once ? 🙂
 
It certainly is and I think you deserved a yummy ice-cream. Plus you were walking whilst you ate it so that is exercise too!
