I finally got around to registering with Systmonline so I can see my blood results. Unfortunately, it seems like I cant. The link is there, but greyed out. How annoying.

Many surgeries have not made all the options available yet.
Handy for putting in prescription requests though.

What?...you need to speak to your practice Mark...why not give them a call...ask why...ridiculous.

As khskel says - the surgery have to enable it and it isn't just a matter of clicking a few buttons.

I was very pleasantly surprised to discover a fortnight ago - after the system being Live for a couple of years at my surgery - that they have, at last, enabled it!

Mine have not enabled blood tests yet and don't seem to be in a hurry to do so, no one seems to know.

I meant we could order repeat prescriptions and make our appointments on the system - but there was nowt else there for 2 years or more. But now there is!

Well, apparently, to get my full records, I need to fill in a consent form & take 2 forms of ID. I was meant to take ID with me this morning but forgot.😳

My practice is in the process of changing their system so it’s off line till the 11 Oct when we have to re register again , they’ve said it won’t be as onerous as the first time.
Also till then we can only have on the day or telephone appointments.

When we ordered our meds in sept, they sent out two months supply, I’ve now got a pharmacy in the kitchen and fridge :D

Hi. You have to fill-in a form at the surgery to get access to test results and your 'full' patient record. This is a 2nd stage after getting general access.

Thanks, Dave. I have now worked that out. I'll do it when I go for my review on Friday.🙂

Got an update. Went to surgery today to 'super charge' by SystmOnline access. They looked at me like I had two heads! They knew nothing about getting blood results online. I mentioned that they advertise in the waiting room. It comes up on the big TV screen. "Does it?", was her reply. So off she went to have some 'words'. No one there knew they were advertising something they didn't provide. They are going to look into it & get back to me. Oh well.🙄

Does not surprise me,my CCG plug it all the time but not all surgeries have the full service. I have asked the most knowledgeable receptionist at mine if she knew when blood test were coming and had no idea. Not holding my breath as another partner has retired and not replaced. He was not even that old.

Also, I am the only person ever to ask to upgrade, which surprised me.
