Hi, anybody remember me?
I was having a right moan a couple of months back! Gestational D in past and very strong family history of horrible complications. I'd been doing my own PP BGs (which were always high )and had problems getting medical support, even denial that it was an issue..
Well saw my endocrin last week and all is well. she put me onto 2 tablets 🙂rolleyes:not sure I wanted to go that far but I had been on a virtually no carb diet and still getting some highs). The best thing is I now have test strips on prescription and I feel so much better getting the support.

So anyone out there feeling frustrated -don't give up - ask very directly what you think you need and voila! We all deserve a yes or a no with explanation!

So now we need another box to tick on the profile page, PREDIABETES as I think we might see more like me :D

Hi Sue, great news that you're finally getting the treatment you need to get your levels under control - and test strips too! 🙂 Hope you start seeing good levels very soon 🙂
