Has anyone had any success with any of the recipes on the recipe finder? I've tried seven or eight and none of them have worked or tasted nice at all. Just made soda bread from the finder and it's doughy all the way through. The soda bread recipe I usually follow turns out perfectly and the recipes I've made from Worral-Thompson's diabetes cookbook have been the loveliest things I've ever made so I don't think it's all me getting it wrong!

Anyone else find the same?

Can't say I've ever followed a Diabetes UK recipe. Only used any recipes from any source a couple of times a year for decades. Nearly always birthday cakes or scones. So rare, that I don't bother finding low carbohydrate versions.
