It was good to hear the interview this morning on R4 with James Norton.

He described the precautions that they have taken to ensure that he can address any hypos or hypers whilst he is in stage for nearly four hours during his forthcoming play Little Life. He has stashes of sugary stuff on stage in various places. His glucose levels are monitored by someone off stage (he wears a Dexcom on his backside) to head of any problems.

James gave a positive message to anyone with T1 that it doesn’t need to prevent you doing things it just takes a. It of planning. A good interview.

I didn't know he was diabetic! Isn't Ed Gamble also T1? Who else is who's also a famous? I think Theresa May is...

And don't forget Nikkita Kuzman (sp?) the professional dancer off Strictly. I imagine the exertion of some of those dances and doing lifts and stuff must make it challenging.... or at least important for his partner that his levels are well managed!😱
