I have a rash on my forehead. When I use the cream the doctor gave me. It goes away after a week. Then give it two weeks and it comes back and I repeat the process again. Can anyone advise me on what to do to stop it from coming back?

It sounds to me as if you need to work out what is causing it. If it comes back it looks as if the root cause has not gone away.
If it was me, I would be back at the docs and getting them to do more investigation.
