Regarding my BGL (below or above 8mmol) for my bedtime test and whether I need a bedtime snack how many hours after either my teatime test and bolus (normally done one after another) or finishing eating my tea should I wait to do my bedtime test?

Any help and advice for this will be appreciated 🙂

How many hours after either teatime test and bolus or after finishing eating my tea can I do my bedtime test to decide if I need a bedtime snack?

I do mine at bedtime or, rather, shortly before bed so I can eat if necessary. It doesn’t really matter how long after your evening meal it is. The only time that might have an effect would be if you ate very late.

My teatime is anything from 6pm - 8pm ish so if I did my bedtime test at the earliest at 10pm which would only be 2 hours after tea if I ate around 8pm I could use whatever bgl it is at that time (10pm) to see if I need a bedtime snack?

My bedtime and my two hours after tea tend to be the same time
