Managers have welcomed Airedale Hospital?s performance in a new monthly survey designed to reflect the up-to-date views of patients.
They were responding to the first results from the NHS Friends and Family Test, which covers England?s NHS acute hospital inpatient and A&E departments.
Every inpatient ward and A&E department is given a monthly score based on the responses to the question: ?How likely are you to recommend our ward/A&E department to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment??
