Hello
First time posting. I come from a family of diabetics all diagnosed in the 60’s and 70’s. I need to lose a few pounds and therefore I am deemed as high risk. My last test at the GP 18 months ago was 5.4 - with reminder to lose weight. I bought myself a testing kit. I have been testing now for 3 weeks, the majority has been under 6.00 but I have had a few readings that have been over 10, the highest being 12.1. I will get the GP to get properly tested etc. But what could be causing the random readings and massive jumps (which are rare).
Thank you
