Hi peeps,
A few weeks ago I realised the reason for my shocking numbers of late (last month or two!) was my basal wasn't working out, so I upped it, I had been on 18 units since diagnosis, 3.5 years I think, I upped it to 20, better but not great, after 2-3 more days I upped it to 22, wow! too much, waking at 4.0,3.8 so I dropped it to 21, seems great I'm now back on good numbers having some days not higher than 7's so well chuffed, esp as doc has requested me to give me a talking to as hbthingy is up to 7.4! But I know why and have sorted it so no worries really.
SO question is how often do you guys have to put up your basal, and by how much, just wondering...
Hope all tickety boo! I'm busy busy with house and getting ready for little foot steps😱!
Cheers
