Raising Basal Rate

My bg's are quite a bit higher than normal. I have sore throat and ears and a terrible cold. In my place, how much would you raise your temporary basal rate?

I'd probably start at 20% increase and go from there, if that doesn't work just keep bumping it up until you find the level that works. Hope you feel better soon!

Same as Sally, if you haven't done it before start at 20%. I know for illness I need about 50% more (and sometime double).
