Hi there, just after a bit of advice really regarding exercise. I'm not overly worried about it. I'm currently in remission and off meds. I've been slowly increasing my walking and now regularly walk 20km. During the week I try to do a fast walk of 5km a couple of nights. When I get back and do a test about an hour after getting back I noticed my readings have jumped by a couple of numbers. Is this normal and is it doing any damage to me. Also, will it sort itself out if I keep it up.
Thanks, Tony
