For anyone who miseed it and listens on iPlayer, the piece is about 30 minutes into the show. I thought it was very good, the only bit I didn't quite agree with was him taking the yolks out of eggs for his eggy bread recipe because of the dietary cholesterol they contain - I love my egg yolks! Jennie was surprised at things like bread being allowed, showing the misconceptions of the general public - AWT explained a lot about low GI and how seeded bread was fine. Worth a listen to, and hopefully a lot of undiagnosed people will go to their GPs if they have the symptoms discussed.
