Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Just made this for my tea:

approx 4 tblsp of quinoa (cooked as directions on packet),
Approx 4 tblsp brown lentils boiled till tender,
6 mushroom roughly chopped, fried in a little bit of veg oil
steamed spinach and steamed broccoli.
Splash of lemon juice and sprinkle of salt and pepper.

Hopefully it all low GI. Was nice.🙂
