Quick update.

Three weeks into 500mg Metformin side effects a bit dodgy the first week or so in the tummy etc but much better now. Eating not totally perfect but a whole lot better than in getting on five years. Weight loss since most recent highest on July 29th - 13 lbs. Last week I dropped below 18 stone for the first time in some years. Now at 17st 10lbs.
