I finally gave in and realised I needed Metformin and now changed onto slow release. Just got my bg into acceptable numbers again mainly 6 before food and 7.5 after. Now I'm just getting over my second COVID bought and my numbers are up to 10 before I eat and 12 after. So bloody annoying. Someone tell me they'll settle again

Sounds like it has had a very positive effect on your BG levels @Karen999

Yes your levels should settle back down fairly swiftly once you have recovered from Covid. Fingers crossed you get back to those previous numbers really soon 🙂
