howdy. here's a question thats had me vexed since yesterday

lunch before the snooker was a small jacket potato with cheese. Usually it makes me go low. But I had 6 units to be on the safe side, preferring to go a bit lower than sky high.

Yet I shot up to 21.7.

I'm thinking its because i was sat around all afternoon?? Any ideas?
 
Could be - or its one of those diabetic mysteries 😱
