Question

75% TIR is absolutely brilliant, so please do cut yourself some slack!

Are you still eating low carb or are you eating more normally now? I would encourage you to do the latter and start learning to use your Trurapi for all meals, even if you just need very small doses. Getting into a routine with injecting and eating gradually just becomes second nature, so if you start eating more carbs and needing insulin with your other meals, don't shy away from it, as that is what managing diabetes is all about. Matching your insulin to what you eat, not restricting your food to avoid the insulin.
Hi Barbara
Yes the DN said I must eat as im 50kg and I'm a small eater. I still try to balance my healthy heart and results show that's working. I'm eating more protein and im on iron now as I was anemic . I feel im heading there and appreciate the support and advice.
