Hi Does anyone that is type 2 diabetic eat rice cakes my husband who is type 2 has one with his eggs in the morning they are Sainsbury’s taste the difference and contain 6.1 in carbs

It is the carbs which matter not just what they are made from. At only 6.1g per rice cake they should be OK.
I personally don't like them.
 
I eat rice cakes @Jenny 78 They’re low carb and I can’t see any reason why he shouldn’t have one with his eggs. The carbs are minimal.
