I do lots of walking every day and excercise was referred to in a book i read, as the 'glucose gobbler' so i wondered today as i was on one of my walks whether burning glucose is the same as burning calories ie if i have something 'naughty' to eat will the excercise counteract what i have eaten? like if you eat a Mars bar and you go to the gym to work it off, does the same apply to blood glucose levels?
