Hello, my name is Nina Menzies and I have not posted anything for a while, but do have a question. Over the last few months I have been monitoring my sugar a bit more closely and have managed to bring my reading down from 58 to 52 and I have lost nearly two stones in weight. However, I have hit a brick wall lately and finding it very difficult to manage my readings. I recently came across the article from RJM Davey, which I found very inspirational. As a diabetic, do we need to ensure that we don't have spikes at all and ensuring a even line where by readings are always between 6-7. I do get a spike at least once or twice a week, I would like to get my next blood test down to below 50, but finding it very hard. Thank you!
