I know there's been a few posts about AWT's cookbooks and many about diabetic cookbooks / GI / GL cookbooks in general but i cannot find one about the following book of AWT's:
(hope this works)...:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Essential-D...=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1272796361&sr=8-2

When this book was released I read a few good articles about this book but not from any T1 diabetics themselves. I understand they are recipes adapted for diabetics?

Can anyone advise whether this book is any good as i don't own 1 diabetic cookbook (i have always believed in regular recipes but watching the contents) - silly thought that may sound, or any good 'diabetic cookbooks' along the same lines.

Many thanks for any pointers....🙂
