When it comes to knowing good food from bad food, we are completely in the dark according to a new survey by Diabetes Queensland.

The survey conducted in three shopping centres around the state found only four per cent of people could tell the difference between healthy and unhealthy food.

Program manager with Diabetes Queensland Lucille Chalmers says this confusion is driving Queensland's obesity crisis.
