I have been on Metformin for 6 months. For the last 3 weeks my BGL has been almost perfect my average is 7.5 improving daily.
I have not changed my diet or exercise regime. This is the first time this has happened since onset almost a year ago. I am baffled. Thinking of trialling reducing my dose down from the current 2 g a day.
Still have no firm type diagnosis and most recent US scan showed fatty liver and patchy pancreas. Baffled?
