Also, only 10 people in the study?? That’s hardly conclusive, is it.
 
A "study" of just 10 people is pretty meaningless, as is the claim it reduced fluctuations without providing any details.

Having a highly elevated blood glucose all morning would be a "reduction in fluctuation" compared to the normal peak & reduction. Also worth noting that all were obese & were provided with enough calories to maintain that, ie too many! No mention of what those calories comprised of either.
 
Too small sample size. They really couldn't get more than 10 participants?
 
Why do these articles talk about eating 'Calories'. Do they not understand that we eat 'Food' not 'Calories'. Also what have Calories got to do with the subject anyway? It's about the various food groups and Carbs in particular.
