It arrived on Saturday! 🙂

Already started reading it and finding it really interesting 🙂

yay! glad you're finding it good. I need to start re-reading mone actually, about to embark on mid morning basal testing.....

I'm thinking of doing my night time ones this week

Hopefully the book will help!

make sure you read the sticky on this thread on basal testing - it gives you some great maths for how much to increase/decrease rates by. V easy to understand too.

I've got the sticky printed off ready to have a look at tonight 🙂

Not looking orward to waking up every 2 hrs.... but I'll do what I have to get my sugars under control :D

I'm waiting for my copy to land, I seriously need to pull my finger out with it once the stress of work goes. I've got a few months to do it in but I want to have it printed in my brain

Well it ain't exactly the most gripping bedtime story LOL - but really quite enlightening.

Best taken in bite-sized chunks I think.

Mine has turned up.

Think ill be reading the sections that puzzle me & that I'm curious about first
