Hi
I have had diabetes I for 4 years and my levels have been quite erratic but getting better.

For the last 2-3 years I have had a constant pulsating sensation in my head, from when I wake up till I go to bed. I have spoken to my doctors, I have had an MRI which was clear.
It is driving me crazy. They think it may be my sugars but there is no difference if my level is high or low. It is made worse when it is hot, at the moment, and if I try to exercise.

Does anyone have anything like this?

Thanks
Rosie

Welcome Rosie, glad to hear that your levels are getting better....

The first thing that comes to mind, especially when you mention heat & exercise is hydration, are you getting enough water to drink? (and I mean plain water, not those "sports" drinks)

Hi
Yes I think so but its been happening for a long time even when cold and no exercise?

As soon as you have an aliment you start dehydrating. Cold you repair yourself with water. Good luck & Welcome Rossana.😉
