Hi all, I am now getting a little concerned about my weight, my BMI is just over 25 (25.4 or something I think) so is creeping up towards being too high. I am happy with my current weight but I know that if I continue eating the way I am it will only get worse so I need to make changes now.

My biggest problem is balancing my diet for my diabetes and trying to make myself feel well since my fatigue problem is getting worse. I find that I get very weak and often snack on high fat / sugar foods because I feel like I need the energy to do something - and yes, it does make me feel better for a while, but I think a lot of this might be pychological and the feeling of having eaten something "heavy". I also get really bad cravings for big heavy puddings for the same reasons.

I currently reach for the stodgy cake or lots of chocolate, does anyone have any ideas for healthy puddings for the evening or healthy snacks during the day. Hot food usually works best and to be really honest, I don't like eating fruit raw except berries and grapes! I don't need to worry about watching carbs at this point, any improvement from cake would be a good start!

Thanks, Nat xx
