What's people's thoughts. I'm trying out the protien priority diet dso much conflicting info saying if you eat to much it turns to glucose. Some yes, say no what to believe ty
 
Our bodies need some glucose. Typically, we get this form the carbs we eat. If we follow a carb-free diet, our body will convert some of the protein into carbs.
This is why those of us with Type 1 diabetes may need insulin for carb-free meals.

This is not a bad thing - our body needs it which is why a blood glucose reading of less than 4 is a hypo and, for people treating their condition with insulin, needs to be treated
