Hi @Daisy22 . Proteins do not usually affect your blood glucose as much as carbohydrates do so you can eat any protein sources you enjoy. Fish, meat, eggs, or veggie alternatives and dairy, including cheese.Trying to get protein ideas

Unless you have a health condition where you need to limit the fat in your diet then full fat cottage cheese is fine. Have a look at the recipes on the Diabetes UK website or on this forum if you are looking for ideas. What sort of food do you like to eat?Hi
