Anyone come across protein bars with no carb or grain, and easily bought in common supermarkets. Would help when early early start etc and during day.. Or at least the lowest carb ones?

Nature Valley protein bars about 10g carb per 45g bar, some shop own are 5g carb ish. Fibre 90 about 12g carb, KIND about the same.

Some of the kind bars are quite good- nut based and dome of them are under 10g carb. Really tasty too.

Cool.. what flavours
I've had the Dark Chocolate Nuts and Sea salt, the Caramel, almonds and sea salt and the peanut butter and dark choc.
They come in packs of 3 30g bars and are very handy to have for long days out/ not feeling too hard done by while the rest I the family have cake or ice cream!

Looks like the caramel almond lowest carbs. They are about 3 pound box of 3. Where do you buy from ref price?. You have couple a week?

I just looked on Amazon and maybe a bit cheaper there, but Nature Valley protein bars ones are quite a bit cheaper. Shop own ones (morrisons, aldi etc) are probably the cheapest and lower carb as well.

Tesco - I think about 2.50 a box but sometimes on offer. Not cheap. They are an occasional treat rather than a regular thing really for me - useful to have in a bag for times when people are getting treats or am busy and need an easy boost.

Lidl have some as well, so if a Lidl near you have a look in there.

The Lidl ones are much higher carb than Nature Valley or Kind or Aldi nut bars or Morrison's own.

I get Nature Valley protein bars from B&M stores and they are usually £1.99 for a box of 4 when they have them. Salted Caramel are best followed by Choc and peanut.

Just bought a box of each from Tesco 🙂
