Hi all,
Someone on the childrens forum was told by their DSN that taking a dose of vit D could prolong the honeymoon period. Is anyone else aware of this?

Bev

I'm not sure Bev - but have a look at the supplements and diabetes thread - there were quite a few links to research saying why they might not always be a good thing (particulraly in relation to excercise) Having said that - I do take a few!

Hi bev,

Not sure about the Vit D, prolonging the honeymoon period.
I have heard mention of Vit B, being very beneficial regarding hypo's and control though, cant fully remember in what way. Does anyone know anything about this because at the time, I found it interesting
