I woke at 4 this morning to go to toilet and checked my libre app , my bloods were 3.1 and had been since before midnight . Wasn't a nice experience at all and rang 111 for advice.....

I'm.ok now they wanted to send an ambulance but it went back up after 6 glucose tablets , I did panic a little after seeing they were that low for that long

sorry to hear of this hope ur better now

Yikes! Sorry to hear you had such a nasty low @Jules77

Can you think of anything that might have contributed… Had you been particularly active during the day? Did you drink any alcohol in the evening? What did you have for your evening meal? And do you keep track of the carbohydrates you are eating to make sure they are fairly consistent?

Hopefully it will just be ‘one of those things’, but a nasty low like that can really shake you up, and leave you feeling quite unsettled and vulnerable for a few days.

Hope you aren’t feeling too wobbly after it.

Glad to hear you are feeling better @Jules77
Must have been worrying having a hypo overnight. Do you have a low alarm set on your CGM?
I have only experienced a few false hypos and that was unpleasant enough.

What do you have your Libre Low alarm set at @Jules77 ? Or did it not work? Were you by yourself? Hypos are scarier by yourself. Were you worried that you might pass out? I always fingerprick to check hypos as the Libre lags behind and makes it look like you’re still low when you’re not.
