Hello just wanted to share with you all that since being diagnosed with type 26 months ago I have managed to get my average hbc1 from 49 to 42 which is about 6.1% I think? Its not been easy ..I've had to change my diet including cutting back on loads of things I love. I was so ill for the first 3 months with wrong medication, bad hypos I became depressed and my sole trader business went down the pan. I still have tough days and I'm still on a steep learning curve but I am glad that I have persevered and will continue to do so. I'm very much hoping to feel ready to relaunch my business soon and maybe later this year start trying for a family. I know everyones experiences are different but hope this gives some encouragement to other 'newbies'.🙂

It's great to read such a positive post CG 🙂 Wishing you every success with the business and family - and hope you can keep that excellent control! 🙂

Well done on all your hard work and I'm sure with your determination you'll be where you want and need to be soon. Take care x 🙂

Wishing you all the very best. Keep positive🙂
