I'd like to show my HBA1C, medicines etc in my profile so they show in posts and replies. Please could someone tell me how to do it - sorry for being so thick !
 
Click on your account, in your case it’s probably the button with a blue B, then click on signature. Add whatever you want to appear and save it.
