Is there anywhere special to report these?

The Tab header on the home page is spelt DiabetiesSupport.co.uk.
 
I believe that Admin is the webmaster.
I had a quick look at the source and the error is in the title line of the script and only she can edit it.

No. Not yet.
Click on 'HOME' on the opening page on the top line.( if you are using IE6 or 7)

If you look at the left tab in your toolbar, you will see the error - trivial error which can quickly be corrected.

Bear in mind that Admin is possibly having a break and this site is her contribution to fellow diabetics.

This error shows in an IE7 tab but not in some untabbed Firefox browsers
