Hello there everyone, I’ve been using the librelink for about 8 months now and have been really pleased with it. Unfortunately my phone has suddenly stopped reading the sensors. I have changed it, re installed the app but it just won’t work. I’ve phoned Abbott care twice who promise me a call from technical support but no one has phoned
Has anyone got any ideas ???
thankyou

Hi @Margie1 What phone are you using? Has your phone done an update maybe ?

Apologies if this is obvious but it is worth asking just in case ... is NFC definitely turned on?

I had this problem recently and it was the scanning part of my phone that had stopped working ( Apple Pay stopped at the same time)
NFC was mentioned but this was turned on so this led to them directing me to the shop for a diagnostic test. I have a I phone se Apple replaced my phone with a new one.
hope this helps

Thankyou so much. My phone is an I phone SE as well. I will go to the shop today and get them to look at it x

I hope they can sort it for you. Make sure you back up all your readings to your LibreLink as you may lose your data if they have to give you a new phone.
take care
