A Florida man was sentenced to five years probation for engaging in a scheme to sell approximately 6,000 boxes of counterfeit diabetic test strips.
Federal prosecutor Nancy Rue says defendant Jacques Duplessis, motivated by greed, imported the counterfeit test strips from suppliers in China and England and they made their way to the public.
