Okay, I’m 32, diagnosed Type 2 in September 2019, managed to get HbA1c down to 48 and then lost around 15kgs, pandemic came along, and never been tested since, or put on any medication. However my mental health took a hit in September 2020, and again very recently, so I know all my weight has gone back on.
My question is, even since being a child, I have always got shakes, trembles, dizzy, palpitations, racing pulse, even passing out, basically hypo symptoms when I’ve been very hungry or burned a lot of energy and not replaced it. My GP said they’re absolutely not hypos as I’m not on any medication. Can anyone explain it to me? I have treated them as hypos but now I’m really confused. I have PCOS if that is relevant?
