Hello everyone, I'm diabetic type 1 almost 15 years and until now I don't have serious problems... My results is between 4.5 10, I check 5 times day my blood...
So my question is, May I apply for private hire licence?
My GP gave me the tph/204 all filled up, no advices...
I have full licence but only for 3 years... And I'm very interested in work as a driver...
Thanks in advance for all help

You need to double check with the DVLA, I know there are rules and regulations for taxi drivers no idea about private hire though.
Welcome to the forum.

I ask tfl already and I ask my GP as well ,my GP said my condition is good to work as a driver, tfl I'm waiting since 29 June and I didn't know a decent answer about it. Yes I will contact dvla for further information thanks for your reply !

Hi @Paulo Carvalho - the regulations for applying for private hire or taxi license is usually specific to your Local Authority. They will decide what the requirements are. Many follow that of a Group 2 license, but it is worth looking at your local council website first to find out what the local requirement is.
