Hi! Does anyone know how long it’s taking for the prescription card to be processed at the moment? It was sent off last Friday. I need to pick some medication up in the next week so I was hoping it would have arrived by then
 
Don't know. Normally they're pretty fast, but a week wouldn't be a shock. If it hasn't arrived in time, talk to the pharmacist who'll give you the right form to claim the money back.

Yes you should be able to get the money back easily enough as long as you have the pharmacist sign the forms.
 
I think I got mine in roughly ten days so you ought to be ok.
