Premier League footballer’s son expelled for stabbing classmates with diabetes pen

A Premier League footballer’s son is believed to have been expelled from school after allegedly stabbing other pupils with a diabetes needle.

As many as 15 pupils had to be tested for HIV and Hepatitis B and C as a result of the prank gone wrong, according to The Sun.

I don't think it was a pen, if you read it again I think they mean a lancet from finger poker.
