Prediabetes.. help

Some people may be able to tolerate things like oats and the cereals mentioned but for some it will increase their blood glucose more than you really want but you will not know unless you are testing the effect they have.
The best fruits to have are berries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, gooseberries, blueberries are the higher carb of the berries. Some people are OK with apples, pears, melon and kiwi but pineapples, mango, bananas are pretty well no go areas.
