@Tilly6364 I smiled at all the quibbling over the carbs in the milk - I did wonder what is the carb content of the stuff you are adding it to?
If that is a high carb food, using a low carb milk is not really going to make much difference overall.
I found the ability to check my blood glucose after eating very useful - showed me that I was on the right track once I got to under 8mmol/l after meals - it just went down after that, eating the same meals but I could cope with them better after a while.
